5th Annual Urban Spring Fling Fundraiser
The Urban Spring Fling started in 2009 as a way for two individuals (Vince Huckabee and Errol Smith), to incorporate their love for dancing with their love for serving mankind. We decided to host an annual dance party called " The Urban Spring Fling" to raise money to donate to organizations needing financial assistance. Each year we donate a portion of the proceeds to a selected organization. Our first event in 2009 successfully raised money for a scholarship fund that was geared to help C average students go to college. The scholarship fund is provided by a dance organization called Just us Rhythm-n-Motion. In 2010 we donated enough money to the City mission to feed more than 400 people. In 2011 we helped another wonderful organization known as The Women in Transition program of Cuyahoga Community College. We not only raised money for this group, many ladies donated their new or gently worn clothing to this group so they could have proper attire to go on interviews.
We are excited to host the 4th Annual Urban Spring Fling Fundraiser May 5, 2012 at The Irish American Pub 22770 lakeshore Blvd. 7:30pm-12:30am.,for the Boys And Girls Club.

Why Boys & Girls Clubs?
Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.
In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.
We hope you are excited too and will partner with us to help ensure we give Boys & Girls Clubs. We are hoping that groups will purchase reserved tables asap. We only have a limited amount of reserved tables available for $200.00 (seats eight). This party is subject to sell out so don't delay and purchase your tickets below today.

The Women in Transition program is 30-years-old and has been offering free information, resources, and support to woman as they strive to reach their life goals. The program is designed to assist them through a period of transformation and empower women to move life-forward through education and training. The program is geared to women in any stage of transition in their lives i.e. returning to work force, unemployed, divorced, widowed, seeking career change or just feeling “stuck”. While these ladies are empowered to be able to transition successfully in their direction of choice they often still need assistance with some of life's necessities especially business attire for interviews. We hope you will join in our excitement and help us assist The Women In Transition Program of Cuyahoga Community College.
